Parque de las Flores
Parque de las Flores is a new apartment complex in Chía, a few minutes from the city of Bogotá. It consists of 384 units designed for families to live unforgettable moments, including a wide variety of social areas designed for the entertainment of families.
The apartment complex was also designed to conserve natural resources, allowing residents to save on utility bills and to live more environmentally friendly lifestyles. LED lighting, lighting controls, and low-flow plumbing fixtures will be used to reduce the complex’s energy and water use.
The developer of the project, Constructora Bolívar, has led the Colombian market in the development of urban housing projects for all income levels for more than 30 years. The company is committed to sustainable construction that not only conserves natural resources, but also generates value for its clients. Constructora Bolívar has also certified 127 Living, 176 Park, Arboleda del Campestre-Laurel, Nordika, Prado Park, Park Living, Senderos de Reserva de Curinca, and Lunaria.
