POD

For this project, Marcan was inspired by the city and the neighborhood, integrating its public spaces, such as sidewalks and patios with the city, creating a better urban environment. POD will be designed as a mixed-use building. It will have 73 boutique offices, 69 departments, and five commercial premises and fully implemented common areas.

The project utilizes technologies such as solar photovoltaics along with passive technologies such as external shading and reducing the window to wall ratio.

POD has been granted a Preliminary EDGE Certificate from Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).
