Developed by EMCOPRODE, Praderas de Caranqui is a 12-unit housing project that was defined from a deep awareness of environmental sustainability and energy efficiency; achieves 59% energy savings, thanks to EFFICOT consulting support.
EMCOPRODE convinced that eco-efficient construction is the right way, included photovoltaic communal lighting, 100% solar water heating, ecological bioethanol fireplaces, interior and exterior video surveillance, backyard with wood oven, grill, pergola, interior balconies and outdoors for reading and relaxation.
Praderas de Caranqui has received EDGE Advanced certification from GBCI.
