Provenza
Provenza is a 224-unit apartment complex in Dosquebradas, Risaralda. Residents of the building’s one, two and three-bedroom apartments will enjoy numerous amenities, including a playground, pool and sports field.
The 14-story apartment building was designed to reduce its environmental impact through the conservation of natural resources. Energy-saving lighting, external shading devices and insulation of the roof will contribute to the building’s energy savings, while dual-flush water closets, low-flow plumbing fixtures and a rain harvesting system on the roof will contribute to the building’s water savings.
Proyectos Urbanos 3L SAS, the developer of the project, aims to promote, develop and build environmentally-friendly real estate projects. EDGE allows Proyectos Urbanos to quantify the resource efficiency of its buildings and the projected operational savings for its customers.
Provenza has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from CAMACOL.

*Part of the energy efficiency percentage may be associated with virtual energy for comfort depending on the presence of heating and cooling systems. Note that virtual energy does not contribute savings to utility bills.
