Real Vizcaya
Real Vizcaya brings 225 private residences to the housing market in Tecámac, Mexico City. Residents of the controlled-access community enjoy numerous amenities, including a fitness center, swimming pool, bicycle path, playground and sports field.
Energy-saving indoor lighting and roof insulation reduce the homes’ energy use, while low-flow plumbing fixtures reduce the homes’ water use. The energy and water savings allow homeowners to save on utilities and live more environmentally-friendly lifestyles.
The developer of the project, Inmobiliaria Vinte, is dedicated to improving their tenants’ quality of life by building more efficient housing with positive economic and environmental impacts. An EDGE Champion, Inmobiliaria Vinte has committed to certifying its immediate future portfolio with EDGE. Vinte’s Real Granada was also EDGE certified in April of 2019.
Real Vizcaya has received final EDGE certification from GBCI.
