Regent Garment Factory 2B
Regent Garment Factory is a light industrial development located in the Lai Vu Industrial Zone of Hai Duong, Vietnam. Developed by Crystal Group, a Vietnamese garment manufacturer, the project was designed in line with the company’s commitment to environmental protection, employing resource-efficient features and technologies in design and construction. These include the use of an energy-efficient cooling system, skylights providing natural light to half of the floor area, as well as energy-efficient lighting systems. The factory was designed by Dong Son Architects with EDGE consulting provided by GreenViet.
Regent Garment Factory 2B has received a Preliminary EDGE Certificate from SGS Vietnam.

Technical Solutions
Energy
Variable refrigerant volume (VRV) cooling system, energy-saving lighting in sales, corridors, common and external areas, and skylights to provide daylight to 50% of the top floor’s area.
Water
Water-efficient flush for water closets, water-efficient urinals and faucets for kitchen sinks.
Materials
In-situ reinforced concrete slab for floor construction, steel sheets on steel rafters and clay roofing tiles on steel rafters for the roof, common brick with internal and external plaster for internal and external walls, ceramic and terracotta tiles for flooring, and aluminum and UPVC window frames.
