Residencial Aculco is a medium residential housing complex located in the city of Tlalnepantla, state of Mexico. The project consists of 8 housing units built in two identical towers of 4 apartments each placed in a mirror flanking a central corridor with a common access staircase. Residencial Aculco was developed by Anverso.
Residencial Aculco has received final EDGE Advanced Certification from GBCI.
Technical Solutions
Energy
Reflective paint/tiles for roof and external walls, external shading devices, insulation of roof high efficiency boiler for hot water, energy-saving light bulbs for internal and external spaces, lighting controls for corridors and staircases, and solar hot water collectors.
Water
Low-flow showerheads, faucets for kitchen sinks and washbasins, single flush for water closets and rainwater harvesting system.
Materials
Exposed brick wall with internal plaster and plasterboards on metal studs for internal walls, concrete filler slab with polystyrene blocks and honeycomb clay blocks with internal & external plaster for external walls, floor slabs and concrete filler slab with polystyrene blocks for roof and plasterboards on metal studs with insulation.
