Retamo Parc Apartments

The Retamo Parc Apartments are ideally located on the outskirts of Quito, providing a peaceful escape from the city with access to public transportation and major highways. The housing complex consists of 167 one, two and three-bedroom apartments and has outdoor recreational areas for residents to enjoy the natural environment. Select units also have terraces to enjoy the fresh air and the views of the Andes Mountains. The apartments are built to conserve natural resources, allowing residents to save on utility bills and live a more eco-friendly lifestyle. In addition to implementing green features within the building, the developers took additional care to ensure minimal harm to the surrounding environment by planting native species in the surrounding landscape to minimize the need for irrigation.

The project was developed through a joint venture between Rivadeneira Barriga Arquitectos S.A. and Campana & Gortaire with architectural design by Cero80 Architecture. Retamo Parc Apartments has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from GBCI.
