Salamanca

Salamanca is a new apartment tower in Medellin with a total of 154 housing units. Residents of the tower will enjoy its numerous amenities, including a gym, a social room, a Turkish sauna, a swimming pool, and a walking path.

The units were designed to conserve natural resources, maximizing the use of natural lighting and ventilation. The resulting energy and water savings allow residents to save on utility bills and to live more environmentally friendly lifestyles.

Trazos Urbanos, the developer of the project, is committed to the sustainable development of Colombia through the management of real estate projects. Salamanca is an example of this commitment.

Dual-flush water closets and low-flow showerheads and faucets for kitchen sinks and washbasins.

Materials

In-situ trough concrete slabs for floor and roof construction, honeycomb clay blocks with plaster on both sides for internal walls, exposed cored (with holes) bricks with internal plaster for external walls, and vinyl flooring.
