Senderos de Reserva de Curinca
Senderos de Reserva de Curinca is a new 480-unit apartment complex in the Santa Cruz neighborhood of Santa Marta. The community will include 24 five-story towers and will feature communal spaces for residents to enjoy.
The apartment complex was designed to reduce its environmental impact through the conservation of natural resources. Energy-saving lighting, reflective paint, and external shading devices will be installed to reduce the towers’ energy use, while low-flow plumbing fixtures will be installed to reduce the towers’ water use.
The developer of the project, Constructora Bolívar, has led the Colombian market in the development of urban housing projects for all income levels for more than 30 years. The company is committed to sustainable construction that not only conserves natural resources, but also generates value for its clients. Constructora Bolívar has also certified 127 Living, 176 Park, Arboleda del Campestre-Laurel, Nordika, Prado Park, and Park Living.
Senderos de Reserva de Curinca has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from CAMACOL.
