Senderos del Comendador

Senderos del Comendador

Senderos del Comendador is a new residential complex in Ciudad Vieja, a picturesque town in Sacatepéquez. Residents will enjoy the community’s impressive location, offering views of the nearby Volcán de Agua. Ecological bike and walking paths, playgrounds, and gardens will also be incorporated into the community to help residents connect with the surrounding environment.

The community’s 158 units were designed to conserve natural resources, helping residents save on utility costs. Reflective paint and energy-saving lighting will reduce the units’ energy use, while low-flow plumbing fixtures will reduce the units’ water use.

The developer of the project, Milésimo, is committed to the development of timeless, sustainable, and innovative real estate projects in the region.

Senderos del Comendador has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from GBCI.
