Sierra Viento
The 12-story apartment building, Sierra Viento, is located in the new urban development center of Pereira. Residents of the building’s 120 units will enjoy the area’s green spaces and environmental reserves, while still in close proximity to hotels and shopping centers.
The building will feature large common areas, apartments with abundant natural light and excellent views of the surrounding landscape. Natural ventilation, reflective paint and solar-controlled glass will lower the indoor temperature of the building, eliminating the need for air conditioning and reducing the building’s energy use.
Sierra Viento’s developer, Construcciones Palacios, designed the building to reduce its use of natural resources and encourage residents to connect with the environment. Construcciones Palacios is committed to positively contributing to the development of Colombia.
Sierra Viento has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from CAMACOL.
