Signature Healthcare Warehouse- Eco Green Business Centre, is a 1254 square meter logistics project located in Nairobi, Kenya.
The project was developed by Signature Healthcare, a local Kenyan pharmaceutical company. The warehouse is part of the company’s commitment to sustainability goals. In line with these goals, energy-saving features such as insulation of external walls, LED lighting, solar photovoltaics and skylights were incorporated into the building’s design. Together with water-efficient plumbing features and state-of-the-art construction materials, this resulted in a more resource-efficient construction project.
Signature Healthcare Warehouse has received Final EDGE Advanced Certification from Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).
