Sotavento Residencial is a five-tower, social interest housing project in Pasto, Nariño. The project’s third tower, Torre 3, will have 16 floors and 192 residential units. The spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments will include a study, laundry area and balcony.
Residents of Torre 3 will benefit from lower utility bills as the building has been designed to reduce energy and water usage through external shading devices, energy-saving outdoor lighting, water-efficient water closets, low-flow plumbing fixtures and more.
