Sun Casa Central – The Sun Sport Center is a one-story clubhouse development located in the new VSIP II tonwship in Binh Duong, Vietnam. The project was developed by VSIP Group, a leading integrated township and industrial park developer in Vietnam, with the aim to facilitate a green, sustainable and healthy lifestyle for the new residents.
To meet international standards for resource efficiency, energy and water-saving technologies were incorporated into the design, construction and internal processes of the building. The project was designed to maximize natural lighting and ventilation, and incorporated solar hot water collectors and a solar photovoltaics system covering 180% of the building’s annual electricity consumption thereby achieving energy savings of 90%. Water-efficient plumbing fixtures will further reduce the sport center’s water use.
Sun Casa Central – The Sun Sport Center has received a Preliminary EDGE Advanced Certificate from SGS Vietnam.

Low-flow showerheads, efficient flush for water closets, water-efficient urinals, water-efficient faucets for kitchen sinks, and water-efficient landscaping.
Materials
In-situ reinforced concrete slab for floor and roof construction, micro concrete tiles on steel rafters for the roof, cored bricks with plaster on both sides for internal and external walls, ceramic tiles and finished concrete for flooring, and aluminum window frames.
