The Genesis Residences
The Genesis Residences, is a multi-unit residential development located in in the North Ridge neighbourhood of Accra, Ghana and is set to be completed in September, 2022. Genesis also happens to be the former home of Mrs. Theodosia Okoh, the designer of Ghana’s national flag. The project was developed by Equilibrium Partners, a boutique real estate development, investment and asset management firm focused on the West African Market, based in Ghana.
The use of low-flow water fittings and naturally ventilated spaces helps the building reduce residents’ energy consumption by a quarter and water consumption by a third. In addition, the construction materials used require less than 50% of the energy needed to manufacture, transport and install to complete the development than those of similar construction projects in the area.
Equilibrium Partners prioritises quality and sustainability by building according to the EDGE standard and are proud to honour Mrs. Theodosia Okoh and the entire Okoh family with the red, gold and black and a whole lot of green.
