The Habitat Binh Duong – Phase 3
The Habitat Binh Duong is adjacent to the VSIP 1 industrial park in Thuan An city and features easy access to Aeon Mall, golf resort, stores, schools, banks, hospitals and Thu Duc and Ho Chi Minh City. The six towers consist of 793 homes. Each home has contemporary design touches that cater to residents seeking a modern lifestyle. The six residential towers have external shading devices and insulated roofing to keep units cool, while all units have energy-saving lighting with lighting controls. The resource-efficient units also provide residents with lower utility bills. In addition to open green spaces to enjoy the outdoors, residents have access to amenities within the building.
The Habitat Binh Duong is a residential project developed by VSIP-Sembcorp Gateway Co., Ltd, a partnership between VSIP J.V, Co, Ltd, Sembcorp Properties (subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries from Singapore) and MC Development Asia (subsidiary of Japan’s Mitsubishi Group) with ARDOR Green serving as green design consultant.
