Today
Today is a 10-story housing project with a rooftop terrace, located in the San Isidro district of Lima, Peru. The project was developed by Creativa, a local real estate development company, with the support of SUMAC in the EDGE certification process. Today is part of the company’s commitment to support sustainable development by implementing energy- and water-saving technologies such as external solar shading devices, LED lighting in common areas and outdoor spaces, and water-saving plumbing fixtures.
Today has received a Preliminary EDGE Certificate from Green Business Certification Inc (GBCI).
