Verde Two Terraverde Tower
Verde Two Terraverde Tower is a new, 186-unit apartment complex in Jakarta. The two and three-bedroom units were designed for grand living and entertaining with soaring ceiling heights and the finest flooring and custom moldings. Windows provide impressive views of the apartment complex’s lush gardens.
The units were designed to conserve natural resources through the use of energy-saving lighting, wall insulation, thermal glass, low-flow plumbing fixtures, and more. Verde Two Terraverde Tower also features an advanced air filtration system that provides outstanding indoor air quality, protecting residents from harmful particulates and pollutants.
The project was developed by Farpoint with Asia Green Real Estate as an investor, who has worked with IFC since 2017 to help its clients identify the most cost-effective solutions to build green. Asia Green Real Estate has dedicated green building experts who analyze the resource efficiency of each project and help develop buildings that are environmentally, economically, and socially sound. The company has already invested in more than two million square meters of sustainable floor space and has achieved EDGE certification for a number of projects, including Ecoloft Jababeka Cikarang, Samara Suites, Verde Two Monteverde Tower, and Guizhou Tower.
