VSIP Bac Ninh High-rise Ready-Built Factories
VSIP Group, the leading integrated township and industrial park developer in Vietnam, is opening a new 700-hectares industrial park in Bac Ninh province. Situated close to the 1A highway, Noi Bai International Airport, and Hanoi’s new city center, the industrial park is ideally located to accommodate the needs of its tenants.
Featuring two seven-story factory buildings, the industrial park will be built to meet diverse business demands, including clean and light manufacturing, research and development, e-commerce, and office operations. The buildings will also be built to conserve natural resources. Reflective paint and tiles, external shading devices, LED lighting, and water-efficient plumbing fixtures will be installed to reduce the buildings’ energy and water use.
The resource efficiency of the factories aligns with VSIP Group’s vision for a greener tomorrow. VSIP Group is a joint venture between the Vietnam-based Becamex IDC Corporation and a Singapore-based consortium led by Sembcorp Development.
The factories have received a preliminary EDGE certificate from SGS Vietnam.

Reduced window to wall ratio, reflective paint/tiles for the roof and external walls, external shading devices, insulation of the roof, natural ventilation in the atrium and common areas, and energy-saving lighting in sales, corridors, and common areas.

Aerators and auto shut-off faucets, and water-efficient water closets and urinals in all bathrooms.
Materials
In-situ reinforced concrete slab for the floor and roof construction and finished concrete flooring.
