WAKARÍ
WAKARÍ is a four-tower residential complex in the La Samaria sector of Ibagué, an area of the city experiencing rapid urbanization and development. The towers will feature large common spaces and share a BBQ terrace, aquapark, swimming pool and sports fields.
The apartments were designed to conserve natural resources using reflective paint, external shading devices, energy-saving lighting, dual-flush water closets and other low-flow plumbing fixtures. Residents of the residential complex’s 540 three-bedroom units will benefit from the building’s energy and water savings with lower utility costs.
Constructora MAG, the developer of the project, is committed to giving back to the communities in which it operates. The company focuses on developing projects that deliver the highest quality of life for its clients, with minimal impact to the environment.
WAKARÍ has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from CAMACOL.
