You Collection Alves Guimarães is an upper-middle class residential building, located in one of the most desired neighborhoods of São Paulo’s west side. The building is being developed by You, Inc, financed by Paladin Realty and constructed by Rocontec Rocha Construção e Tecnologia. Paladin Realty has invested in projects across Latin America, bringing more affordable housing to the market in a socially and environmentally-responsible way.
