You Harmonia
You Harmonia is a 17-storey apartment building in the eclectic Vila Madalena neighborhood in the western region of São Paulo, Brazil. The project was developed by YOU INC. together with PALADIN REALTY, with EDGE services provided by CTE (centro de tecnologia de edificações) and Daniela Corcuera of Quanta Studio.
To achieve international standards of resource efficiency, You Harmonia incorporated state-of-the-art resource efficiency technologies in the design, construction and operation of the building. Energy-saving measures such external shading devices, efficient water heaters and LED lighting reduce the building’s energy consumption while water-efficient plumbing features minimize its water use, resulting in a more sustainable c0nstruction project.
You Harmonia has received Final EDGE Certification from Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).

Plasterboards on metal studs internal walls, precast concrete panels and in-situ reinforced wall for external walls, floor slabs in-situ reinforced concrete slab, roof construction in-situ reinforced concrete slab.
