You Perdizes
You Perdizes is a 24-story residential building, located in the west neighborhood of Perdizes, in São Paulo. The building includes 62 studio and 80 two-bedroom apartments. The project has many amenities for residents to enjoy, including a co-working area, swimming pool, fitness center, bike storage, party room, gourmet area, and barbecue area.
The building was designed to conserve natural resources through the use of a reduced window-to-wall ratio, external shading devices, high-efficiency boiler for hot water generation, energy-saving lighting, solar hot water collectors, low-flow plumbing fixtures, and more.
You Perdizes was developed by Paladin Realty Partners and You Inc., with EDGE Expert Daniela Corcuera and EDGE Services provided by CTE (centro de tecnologia de edificações).
