Aligned with METRO Wholesale Myanmar’s commitment to lowering its environmental impact, the warehouse utilizes resource-efficient design features and technologies. An energy-efficient air conditioning system, insulation, LED lighting, and low-flow plumbing fixtures are used to reduce the building’s energy and water use.

As the first EDGE-certified building in Myanmar, the warehouse allows METRO Wholesale Myanmar to take a leading position in promoting green building standards in the country.

LatAm Parque Logístico Coyol I is a 19-hectares logistics park located on the Coyol-Alajuela highway in Costa Rica. The park’s five warehouses provide customers with 80,000 square meters of Class A logistics facilities.

Resource-efficient design and technologies were incorporated into Warehouse 500 to reduce its environmental impact. Reflective paint, energy-saving lighting, and occupancy sensors were used to reduce the building’s energy use, while water-efficient plumbing fixtures were installed to reduce the building’s water use.

LatAm Parque Logístico Lima Sur is a 24-hectares logistics park in the valley of Lima’s Lurin district. The park’s three warehouses offer a modern space for distribution in a growing urban hub of Peru. Built as an example of resource efficiency in the industrial sector, a grey water treatment and recycling system was installed in the logistics parks to reduce the its water use by almost 80 percent. The wastewater is reused for irrigation of the property’s 16,000 square meters of gardens.

LatAm Parque Logístico Lima Sur’s Edificio 200 reduces its energy usage by almost half through energy-saving lighting in the sales area, reflective paint and roof insulation. Skylights were also incorporated into the design, providing daylight to half of the floor area.

Nhà máy Daehan Global Thanh Hóa sản xuất quần áo chất lượng cao cho các thương hiệu nổi tiếng của Mỹ và Châu Âu, sử dụng 350 máy may một kim, 16 máy may hai kim móc xích, 80 máy may khóa kim đôi và 320 máy vắt sổ.

Nhà máy Daehan Global Thanh Hóa sử dụng các tính năng thiết kế và công nghệ hiệu quả tài nguyên để giảm tác động đối với môi trường và tiết kiệm chi phí vận hành. Hệ thống chiếu sáng sử dụng đèn LED, lớp cách nhiệt cho mái và hệ thống quang điện giúp giảm tiêu thụ năng lượng của công trình, trong khi hệ thống bồn cầu hai chế độ xả và bồn tiểu tiết kiệm nước giúp giảm lượng nước sử dụng của công trình.
