The Anland Complex is comprised of a 25-story building tower of 526 units consisting of penthouses, duplex, and two and three-bedroom apartments. The project has been developed by Nam Cuong Group, a real estate firm promoting environmentally-friendly and community-oriented building spaces in Vietnam.

Located in the center of Hanoi on 12 hectares of green landscaping, the Anland complex offers its residents easy access to commercial centers, medical care and recreational facilities.

The Link 345 Ciputra is a modern, three-tower residential complex located in Vietnam. It has received final EDGE certification from SGS Vietnam.

Developed by Ciputra Westlake City Development Co. Ltd., The Link 345 Ciputra consists of three modern, 21-story residential complexes of nearly 600 two and three-bedroom units located in Hanoi. The residential towers offer a balanced combination of contemporary architectural style and energy-conscious design in order to improve the quality of life for its residents while reducing environmental impacts.

Residents enjoy a favorable location close to commercial centers and the diplomatic precinct northwest of Hanoi on the West Lake, with easy access to Noi Bai International Airport. Homeowners benefit from lower utility bills as smaller windows with shading, reflective paint and insulation help to keep the units cool without the need for air conditioning. The project is a result of a joint venture between Vietnam’s Urban Development and Infrastructure Investment Corporation and Indonesia’s Ciputra Group.

Song Hau Surface Water Plant – Phase One

Phase One of the Song Hau Water Treatment Plant has received final EDGE certification from SGS Vietnam.

Song Hau Surface Water Plant – Phase One

In response to the critical problem of water cleanliness and security in the Mekong Delta, AquaOne Hau Giang has created a clean drinking water supply and wastewater treatment plant that is among the most advanced facilities in Vietnam. The company has invested more than 1,900 billion dong in 15 hectares of land for the first phase of the industrial plant, which will provide 100,000m3 of water per day to both residents and corporations. Once the second phase is constructed, the capacity will increase to between 500,000 and 1,000,000m3 of water per day.

Future plans call for even greater expansion, as AquaOne Hau Giang’s ambition is to become the major water supplier for such provinces as Can Tho, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu and Ca Mau. EDGE certification dovetails well with the company’s ambitions to elevate the living standards of the Vietnamese people by providing a reliable water supply in the most sustainable manner possible.

Phase One of the Song Hau Water Treatment Plant has received final EDGE certification from SGS Vietnam. While the complex also includes a green dormitory for workers, numbers in this project study are reflective of the light industry portion of the complex.

Developed by Flamingo Dai Lai Joint Stock Company, Forest in the Sky is a unique real estate project with advanced green technologies located in Hanoi.

Vietnam’s Coteccons served as the construction contractor for the eco-friendly complex. Forest in the Sky pioneers a new sustainability standard for Vietnam, emphasizing a visual appeal that is grounded in durability, comfort and energy and water-conserving features.

With its distinctive architecture, the four sides of Forest In The Sky are covered with over 75,000 trees, including shrubs, vines and colorful flowers. From a distance, the building resembles a tropical jungle full of vitality and brilliance. From within the building, residents can enjoy a panoramic view of Dai Lai Lagoon and Tam Dao Range.

Residents benefit from lower utility bills as all homes feature energy-efficient lighting, external window shading and high-efficiency hot water boilers, ensuring the building is as “green” on the inside as it is on the outside.

Ecohome Phuc Loi’s two high-rise residential towers introduced 646 green apartments to the affordable housing market in the Long Bien district of Ha Noi, Vietnam. Each apartment costs around 50,000USD and is intelligently designed to maximize ventilation and natural light. It is estimated that the extra cost to build green was 1% for Ecohome, demonstrating the affordability of green design for social housing in Vietnam.

Ecohome Phuc Loi was built by Capital House, a real estate investor dedicated to improving the resource efficiency of commercial and social housing through the use of energy-smart architectural design.  Ecohome Phuc Loi has received final EDGE certification from SGS Vietnam.

The 75,000m2 property, built by HUDLAND Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, will bring a total of 650 green apartments to the Viet Hung Residential Area in Ha Noi, Vietnam.
