Universitas Islam International Indonesia (UIII) or Indonesian International Islamic University (IIIU) is a newly established graduate institution that provides seven schools and offers various academic programs focusing on the study of Islam and the Muslim world. The Library building (Gedung Perpustakaan) symbolizes knowledge, culture and civilization and has achieved preliminary EDGE certification. The Library building has eight floors with a total area of 18,127.62 m2 for a capacity of 1,000 visitors, designed with the concept of a world-class college library.

The dry system facade uses prefabricated marble tile and low-e glass. This building has skylights to maximize daylight so that it can reduce the use of lights during the day. A variable refrigerant volume cooling system and energy-saving lighting were installed to reduce energy use. Recycling water for toilet flushing and water-efficient plumbing fixtures were installed to improve the water savings.

UIII has received an EDGE Preliminary certificate from Green Building Council Indonesia.

Citra Landmark is an affordable yet strategically located apartment complex in Jakarta. Designed for young, urban families, the complex will feature numerous amenities, including sport facilities, retail spaces, and a school. Sitting on seven hectares of pristine land, the project will be developed in 3 stages. The first stage of the project consists of four 24-story apartment towers, which have all been awarded EDGE preliminary certification.

The towers’ 1,988 units will utilize resource-efficient design features and technologies to reduce its environmental impact and lower utility costs for residents. Roof insulation, a reduced window-to-wall ratio, energy saving lighting, and low-flow plumbing fixtures will contribute to the units energy and water savings. A rainwater collection system will also be installed, which will use 75 percent of the insulated roof to collect water.

The three-bedroom units were designed and built to reduce energy and water usage, allowing residents to save on utility bills and live more environmentally friendly lifestyles.  Energy-saving lighting, wall insulation, and thermal glass reduce the building’s energy use, while low-flow plumbing fixtures reduce the building’s water use. Verde Two Monteverde Tower also features an advanced air filtration system that provides outstanding indoor air quality, protecting residents from harmful particulates and pollutants.
