Waterfall Park
Waterfall Park is an infill development located in Benoni, Ekurhuleni that consists of both rental and owner-occupied, sectional title flats. The development includes 232 EDGE-certified homes, of which 104 units have been sold to the open bonded market, and 128 units are being managed as rental stock by International Housing Solutions (IHS), a South Africa private equity firm focused on the development of affordable green housing.
The EDGE-certified properties in Waterfall Park were developed through a joint venture special purpose vehicle with SSI Group, a company that has gained a strategic position in the South African construction industry due to its supply chain relationships and in-house capabilities.
Rentals range between 5,900 to 6,300 rand per month for two-bedroom, one bath and two-bedroom, two-bath homes. Residences for sale have already sold out.
Waterfall Park has received final EDGE certification from the Green Building Council of South Africa.
