Alcanfores 1262 is a 9-story with rooftop housing project located in the district of Miraflores of Lima, Peru. It consists of 34 apartments distributed between flats and duplexes, with an average floor space of 89.65 square meters. The project was developed by Volterra Inmobiliaria, a local real estate development firm, with the support of SUMAC in the EDGE certification process.
Alcanfores 1262 is part of the company’s commitment to support the sustainable development, offering green areas in 50% of the usable rooftop area, and implementing energy and water-saving technologies such as reflective roof paint, external shading devices, LED lighting in common areas and external spaces, photovoltaic panels, water-efficient plumbing fixtures, and recycled grey water for irrigation.
