The documents Part 2: User Guide Design Tab, Part 3: User Guide Energy Measures, Part 4: User Guide Water Measures, have been updated with improved language that removes ambiguities on documentation requirements.
Invitation for the Role of EDGE Faculty
To enable more EDGE Experts worldwide—professionals who advise EDGE clients on the best ways to design and build green, sustainable, and energy-efficient buildings—IFC has opened a defined role as EDGE Faculty. EDGE Faculty are individuals licensed by IFC to provide EDGE Expert training in green building certification, eco-friendly construction, and sustainable architecture.

Application Process
EDGE Experts who are interested in serving as EDGE Faculty can apply directly through the EDGE platform by logging in to the EDGE app and following the steps below:
- Go to “User Profile”.
- Navigate to the “EDGE Exam Tab”.
- Press the “EDGE Faculty Application Button”.
- Upload the required documentation through the EDGE App, which includes:
a. Cover letter relating candidate’s

- Interest and suitability;
- EDGE Expert certification;
- Any Teaching experience;
- Experience with EDGE projects (with Project IDs);
- Plans to provide EDGE Expert Training.

b. Curriculum Vitae (CV) in PDF format including any relevant teaching experience and green building work experience.
Please also be sure to review the Participation Agreement and the Licensing Protocol for EDGE Faculty before submitting your Faculty application through the EDGE platform.
