Ambar Roca is a 17-story housing project located in Santa Marta, Colombia. It continues with the commitment to make an environmentally friendly project that through conscious architectural design, high technology and the use of first class materials, demonstrating that it is possible to obtain an eco-friendly lifestyle. With proximity to beaches and strategic areas of the city that allows to boost the quality of life of each of those who dare to know the Ambar experience.
This will be achieved with diverse strategies that generate a positive impact within the circle of the degradation of nature. Reducing the consumption of drinking water, use of renewable energies, charging point for electric vehicles, with trees that allow thermal comfort in addition to this in its facade will be used linear gardening to improve the environmental quality of the area and promote the culture of recycling, among more actions which together generate a great environmental impact of the city.
