Ápice Park
Apice Park is an apartment construction project located in the greater São Paulo metropolitan region, specifically in the Alphaville Empresarial neighborhood in the city of Barueri. The project is being developed by CNL EMPREENDIMENTOS IMOBILIÁRIOS. There are 28,374.46 square meters in 3 towers with 20 floors per tower.
CNL Empreendimentos Imobiliários was born with the objective of practicing innovation and intelligence in all phases of the construction and incorporation process.
To meet international resource efficiency standards, energy and water saving technologies were incorporated into the design. Balconies that act as exterior shading devices, LED lighting along with plumbing fixtures save water and reduce the building’s energy consumption.
Apice Park has received a Preliminary EDGE Certificate from Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) with the consulting services of Daniela Corcuera and the audit of Gustavo Goldman.
