Funchal
The Funchal building located at Rua Funchal, 641 – in the Vila Olímpia neighborhood, in São Paulo is a design by Athié Wohnrath e Arquitectonica, along with landscaping by Renata Tilli and decoration by Débora Aguiar e Arquitetos Associados.
The realization of this project is a collaboration of STAN together with PALADIN REALTY and the intermediation of Sothebys International Realty.
The project is composed of residences of 2 and 3 suites – with 108 to 143m², and studio apartments and 1-bedrooms with 32 to 47m².
EDGE consulting services were provided by Daniela Corcuera with auditing performed by Gustavo Goldman.
It has active architectural sustainability measures such as an exclusive 180º living room with 2 opposite balconies with gardens, offering the comfort of natural lighting, cross ventilation and energy savings along with water.
Funchal has received a Preliminary EDGE Certificate from Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).
