The development plans created with the community to create awareness of the impact that a building might have on the area’s ecosystem. Iconnia implemented recycling points and biodegradable and eco-friendly products on the cleaning and maintenance of the entire building.
Iconnia is the first certified EDGE building in Costa Rica, and has received Final EDGE Certification from Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).
