The new Integra Business Center is located in Pereira, a mountainous city in the coffee-growing region of western Colombia. Situated just three blocks from the commercial area of Circunvalar Avenue, the company’s office building is ideally located in the center of town near to public transportation options and services for employees. The six-story building contains 27 offices and features modern design and green features. The building is surrounded by trees and has patios on each floor to allow employees to enjoy a natural environment while at work.
Developed by Contecho S.A.S, Integra’s office building has many green features that allow it to minimize operating costs and maintain the owner’s commitment to sustainability. Integra’s commitment to sustainability extends beyond its decision to operate in a green office building. As a mass transportation provider to the city of Pereira, the company ensures its vehicles are green, including its Megabus fleet of busses.
Contecho S.A.S is a real estate company that builds homes, offices and warehouses in the Pereira area. The company first formed in 1996, when it specialized in roof and deck construction, but has since expanded to providing building and construction management services for larger projects, such as Integra’s office building. The Integra Business Center has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from CAMACOL.
