KSH Chakan Park II – Warehouse A3, B1 and B2
KSH, a leading warehousing services, logistics and industrial infrastructure development group in India, is developing a new logistic and industrial park in Pune. Located in the heart of Pune’s industrial hub, the KSH Chakan Park II industrial park will feature five warehouses with over 100,500 square meters of customizable logistics space. The park will also feature planned wide roads for easy maneuverability, ample parking spaces, large column spacing, office blocks and canteens.
KSH is committed to helping build a more sustainable future by lowering the environmental impact of its operations. It is demonstrating this commitment by EDGE-certifying all five warehouses on KSH Chakan Park II. Warehouse A3, B1 and B2 will reduce their energy and water usage through external shading devices, LED lighting, dual-flush water closets, water-efficient plumbing fixtures and more.
Warehouse A3, B1 and B2 at KSH Chakan Park II have received preliminary EDGE certificates from GBCI India.

Reduced window to wall ratio, external shading devices and energy-saving lighting in sales, corridors, common and external areas.
Dual-flush water closets, water-efficient urinals and aerators and auto shut-off faucets.
In-situ reinforced concrete for the floor, steel sheets on steel rafters for the roof, autoclaved aerated concrete blocks for internal walls, fly-ash stabilized soil blocks for external walls and finished concrete and ceramic tile flooring.
