Lapacho Roga
Lapacho Roga is a residential project located in the Virgen del Huerto neighborhood of Asuncion, Paraguay. It consists of a two-story house featuring four bedrooms over a total area of 300 square meters with a focus on sustainable living. The project was designed by Pro Arquitectos and developed and constructed by PM Ingenieria, a local engineering firm.
To meet international standards for resource efficiency, energy and water-saving technologies were incorporated into the design, construction and internal processes of the building. Reflective paint for roof and external walls, roof insulation and an energy-efficient HVAC system reduce the building’s energy use, while water-efficient plumbing fixtures reduce its water use.
Lapacho Roga has received a Preliminary EDGE Certificate from Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).
