Proyecto Seed
Natturale, a company committed through its very name to nature, is proud to have obtained EDGE certification, for Proyecto Seed, a 13-storey apartment project located in the Santiago de Surco district of Lima, Peru. The project features a total of 91 apartments in 1-, 2-. and 3-bedroom configurations.
Proyecto seed will offer an environment with a 24% reduction in energy, 35% savings in water and 57% less energy incorporated in the materials, compared to any other traditional construction.
Proyecto Seed has received a Preliminary EDGE Certificate from Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).
