Verve Pinheiros
Verve Pinheiros is a residential apartment building project in western São Paulo, Brazil. The project is being developed by MPD Engenharia, the 4th largest Brazilian construction company with almost four decades of experience in the market, in partnership with Triedro and Kamo, since October 2020. Located in Pinheiros, one of the most dynamic and growing districts in the city of São Paulo, the building demonstrates the excellence and high standard for which MPD is recognized in Brazil.
With more than 25,000 m² of built area, the project has a unique and exclusive architecture developed by Perkins & Will. It combines a high-end residential condominium and a commercial development, with separate entrances and distinct parking lots, ensuring that vehicles will not interfere with pedestrians.
To meet international standards for resource efficiency, energy and water-saving technologies were incorporated into the design, construction and internal processes of the building. External shading devices, LED lighting and solar hot water collectors reduce the building’s energy use, while water-efficient plumbing fixtures reduce its water consumption.
Verve Pinheiros has received a Preliminary EDGE Certificate from Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).
