You Core Pinheiros Home
Located in the upscale Pinheiros neighborhood of São Paulo, Brazil, You Core Pinheiros Home is a 22-storey, 280-unit residential building connected to one of the main avenues in the western region of the city. It forms part of a development unit together with You Core Pinheiros Hotel.
As a part of a push toward greater sustainability, state-of-the-art energy-saving measures such as solar collectors for hot water, high-efficiency hot water boilers, energy-efficient lighting, along with water-saving accessories such as double flush toilets in bathrooms and automatic shut-off faucets were included in the building’s design and construction. The building also lowers its water consumption through the use of a rainwater collection system for irrigation.
The project was developed by You Inc. together with Paladin Realty and Toledo Ferrari, with EDGE services provided by CTE (centro de tecnologia de edificações) and Daniela Corcuera.
You Core Pinheiros Home has received a Preliminary EDGE Certificate from Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).
