Water
Low-flow plumbing fixtures for washbasins and kitchens; rainwater harvesting system; and a black water treatment and recycling system.
Materials
Stone and ceramic tiles for floors; UPVC window frames; polystyrene roof insulation; and autoclaved aerated concrete blocks for external walls.
*Part of the energy efficiency percentage may be associated with virtual energy for comfort depending on the presence of heating and cooling systems. Note that virtual energy does not contribute savings to utility bills.
