Situated along the Andes Mountains in the town of Armenia, the Arboretum Condominio housing complex appeals to residents seeking to be immersed in nature. The two towers contain a total of 60 apartments that are inspired by their natural surroundings. The apartments are designed to be comfortable and resource-efficient, while maintaining harmony with the exterior landscape. Residents have access to large green areas, hiking trails and access to the nearby mountains and rivers. In addition to the green measures in each unit that conserve natural resources, the fauna and flora surrounding the apartment complex were also carefully preserved to ensure minimal harm to the surrounding environment.
The Arboretum Condominio was designed by Elipse Arquitectura, a firm that has designed retail and residential projects since 2003. The developer of Arboretum Condominio, Constructora CAMU, aims to create apartments that contribute to responsible consumption, healthier lifestyles and the protection of the planet. The company has constructed retail and residential projects across Colombia since 1985. They are committed to the sustainable development of the country by building green. Arboretum Condominio has received a preliminary EDGE certificate from CAMACOL.
