ARC Binh Duong Cold Storage is located at Song Than 2 Industrial Zone, Binh Duong Province, designed to be the largest automated frozen storage in Vietnam, incorporating advanced automated warehouse systems. The project is being developed by ARC Binh Duong Corporation.
Energy-efficient HVAC systems with LED lighting for internal and external spaces and usage of PIR, XPS, and Rockwool Panels for insulation of the building envelope reduce the building’s energy use, while water-efficient sanitary equipment was installed to reduce the warehouse’s water use. Additionally, a solar photovoltaic system was installed, providing further energy savings and reducing the warehouse’s dependency on the grid.
ARC Binh Duong Cold Storage has received a Preliminary EDGE Advanced Certificate from SGS Vietnam with ARDOR Green serving as green design consultant.
