Bávaro Etapa 2
The Bávaro project is a gated community of 960 units in 24 towers of 5 floors and 8 apartments per floor with 300 communal parking spaces for the entire complex. The project is located in the Caribe Verde development area of Barranquilla, Colombia.
The project will be developed in five stages of 50.3m² apartments comprised of the following spaces: living room, dining room, kitchen, work area, one bathroom, two bedrooms, one available space and a space for a future bathroom.
Bávaro Etapa 2 has received a Preliminary EDGE Certificate from CAMACOL.
