Bob Tower Jr.
Bob Tower Jr. is a housing project located in La Paz, Bolivia. It consists of a total of 16 apartments with an average floor space of 61 square meters. Bob Tower Jr. was developed by Bob Constructores, a local real estate development company with a focus on creating innovative, sustainable construction projects.
By incorporating modern construction technologies such as reflective paint and insulation on roofs and external walls, low-E coated glass, the use of energy-saving appliances such as refrigerators and washing machines and LED lightbulbs as well as water-efficient plumbing features, the project was able to significantly reduce its energy and water consumption, resulting in a more sustainable construction project and a reduced carbon footprint.
Bob Tower Jr. has received Final EDGE Certification from Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).

Reduced window to wall ratio, reflective paint/tiles and insulation for roofs, reflective paint and insulation for external walls, low-E coated glass, energy efficient refrigerators and washing machines, energy-saving light bulbs for external and internal spaces, and lighting controls for common spaces.
Water
Low-flow showerheads, low-flow faucets for kitchen sinks and all bathrooms, and dual flush for water closets.
Materials
Cored (with holes) bricks with plaster on both sides for internal and external walls, concrete filler slab with polysterene blocks for floor and roof construction, ceramic tile and parquet wood for flooring, and aluminum and UPVC for window frames.
