Bosque de Arrayán
Bosque de Arrayán is a complex of eleven apartment towers that provides 528 housing solutions to the Municipality of Tocancipá in the department of Cundinamarca, developed by local developer Colubsidio. It offers six different typologies that range between 45 and 60 square meters. Designed for all members of the family, it will have numerous areas for everyone to enjoy, including a gym, playground, games room, pet area, BBQ terrace and more. Driven by the social responsibility that Colsubsidio has in mind, the project was designed under an integrative design process, allowing housing projects to be built in a sustainable manner, and contribute from construction to reduce the negative impacts caused by the industry.
Bosque de Arrayán has been designed to reduce the environmental impact through the conservation of natural resources. Efficient lighting, active design measures that will reduce the use of energy in the building, installation of sanitary devices, low-consumption taps, as well as the reuse of rainwater for irrigation.
Bosque de Arrayán has received a Preliminary EDGE Certificate from CAMACOL.
