Bumi Indah City
Bumi Indah City is a housing cluster under development, located strategically in Pasar Kemis, Tangerang in the west of the Jakarta metropolitan area. The project consists of a total of 303 single house units with an average floor space of 33 square meters. Bumi Indah was developed by PT Arta Buana Sakti, a local real estate developer.
Through the use of state-of-the-art technologies such as natural ventilation, energy-saving LED lightbulbs, as well as water-efficient plumbing features, Bumi Indah was able to significantly reduce its energy and water consumption. In combination with construction materials that allowed for a reduction of energy embodied in materials of over 75%, this resulted in a more sustainable construction project and a reduced carbon footprint.
Bumi Indah City has received a Preliminary EDGE Certificate from the Green Building Council of Indonesia.
