Chiclayo 1033
The Chiclayo 1033 project designed by the OB + RA architectural studio has 23 apartments and is located in the Miraflores district.
Following Morada’s green aspirations, they have incorporated into the project 32 bicycle parking lots, lighting for 50% of the common areas supplied with solar panels, a wastewater treatment plant, an automated irrigation system and low water consumption plants in the green areas in addition to the other energy and water saving measures.
Chiclayo 1033 has been granted a Preliminary EDGE Certificate by Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).
