Edificio Bruxxel
Edificio Bruxxel is located in the Altos neighborhood of Riomar, in the northeast of Barranquilla. The 56-unit apartment building will feature common areas for residents to enjoy and each unit will be equipped with smart-technology for home automation.
Resource-efficient technologies and materials will also be incorporated into the building. External shading devices and LED lighting will contribute to the building’s energy savings, while dual flush water closets and low-flow faucets will contribute to the building’s water savings. The apartments will be built with insulated internal walls to provide thermo-comfort to the inhabitants and reduce the need for air conditioning.
