Edificio Madrid 167 is an eight-story apartment building in Lima. Located in the heart of the Miraflores district, residents will have easy access to the boardwalk, restaurants and shopping centers.
Homeowners will benefit from lower utility bills as all units reduce energy and water usage through energy-saving indoor lighting, dual-flush water closets, low-flow plumbing fixtures and more. In addition to incorporating resource-efficient technologies, the apartment building will have bicycle parking for residents to encourage environmentally-friendly transport.
